  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a disc.
  5. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce and pepperoni in the center of each disc.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
