A delightful and fragrant cake made with pistachios and rose milk, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup ground pistachios
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rose milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, ground pistachios, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix rose milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before garnishing with pistachios.
