- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, ground pistachios, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix rose milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before garnishing with pistachios.
