  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, pineapple chunks, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Toss until the kielbasa and pineapple are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is heated through and slightly caramelized.
