- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices to the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil and warm water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips and twist them into breadstick shapes.
- Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the breadsticks.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
