Delicious gluten-free breadsticks filled with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for a cheesy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices to the dry ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil and warm water.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Cut the dough into strips and twist them into breadstick shapes.
  8. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the breadsticks.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
