  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices to the dry ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil and warm water.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Cut the dough into strips and twist each strip to form a breadstick shape.
  8. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
