  • 1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten free graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate shavings on top.
  • Make sure all ingredients are certified gluten free.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
