- 1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten free graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
