A delightful twist on a classic treat, these gluten free peanut butter blossoms are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chocolate kisses, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
