Delicious gluten-free cinnamon rolls filled with peach pie filling, perfect for spring desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread the peach pie filling evenly over the dough.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle it over the peach filling.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
