  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • Fresh fruits (like berries, bananas, or apples)
  • Maple syrup or honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pancake mix, milk, egg, and melted butter or coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
  5. Once cooked, fill each pancake with fresh fruits and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
  6. Fold the pancakes like tacos and serve warm.
