A delicious and creamy dessert made with gluten-free Oreo cookies, perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving some for garnish.
  7. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with reserved Oreo crumbs.

Notes

  • Make sure to use gluten-free Oreo cookies to keep the recipe gluten-free.
  • For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mousse mixture.
