Delicious and creamy chocolate mousse cups made with gluten-free Oreos.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, melt the chocolate chips and let them cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix well.
  5. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  6. Layer the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate mousse in serving cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
