- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the dairy-free cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
