A refreshing and easy-to-make blueberry lemon sorbet that requires no ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and lemon zest.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Once the sorbet is firm, scoop and serve.
