Delightfully creamy and easy to make, this gluten free no bake Oreo cheesecake is a perfect dessert for any occasion.

  • 24 gluten free Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten free Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Top with additional Oreo cookies before serving.
