Delicious and -to-make gluten-free no-bake cheesecake balls that are perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
