A delicious and creamy cookies and cream ice cream made gluten-free using the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. After processing, fold in the crushed gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later use.
