- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- After processing, fold in the crushed gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later use.
