A delicious and -to-make appetizer featuring kielbasa sliced in a hasselback style, topped with mustard and baked to perfection.

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa in a hasselback style, making cuts about 1/4 inch apart, but not cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the gluten-free mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture over the kielbasa, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
  5. Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.
