- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly and add heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
