Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into mini pizza shapes.
  5. Place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each mini pizza.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
