Ingredients

  • 4 slices gluten-free bread
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before cutting into strips.
