A hearty and flavorful dip perfect for parties, made with a blend of meats and cheeses, all gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with sour cream and chopped green onions.
  6. Serve warm with gluten-free tortilla chips or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
