Delicious and -to-make gluten-free magic cookie bars that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • For a nut-free version, omit the nuts or substitute with seeds.
  • These bars can be frozen for up to 3 months.
