- 1 ½ cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
