- Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and chopped bacon to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the gluten-free burger rolls in half and fill each with the mac and cheese mixture.
- Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
