Delicious gluten-free rolls filled with creamy mac and cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package gluten-free burger rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and chopped bacon to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Slice the gluten-free burger rolls in half and fill each with the mac and cheese mixture.
  7. Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
