A delicious and fun appetizer featuring crispy tater tots loaded with toppings and served on skewers.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of gluten-free tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  4. On each skewer, thread a tater tot, followed by cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  5. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
  6. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
