- 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
