Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated pecorino cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
