- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chopped figs gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
