- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
