- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and honey until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and dried lavender to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
