- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the kunafa pastry with melted butter until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the kunafa is baking, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Once the kunafa is done, let it cool slightly, then break it into small pieces.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, then roll in the kunafa pieces.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
