A delicious and easy recipe for gluten-free Korean beef bulgogi, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
