A refreshing and easy-to-make Korean banana milk that is perfect for spring desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled drink.
  5. Pour the banana milk into glasses and serve immediately.
