Delicious and healthy gluten-free crackers made with cottage cheese, perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
