- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Stuff each onion ring with the cheese mixture.
- Set up a breading station with gluten-free flour, beaten eggs, and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Dip each stuffed onion ring first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
