- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the milk and egg, and stir until a dough forms.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Divide the dough into small balls, flatten them, and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal tightly.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
