Delicious gluten-free cheeseburger bombs filled with garlic and parmesan flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the milk and egg, and stir until a dough forms.
  4. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls, flatten them, and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  7. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal tightly.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
