Delicious and crispy wonton rolls filled with a sweet and spicy honey feta mixture, perfect for a gluten-free appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the feta mixture in the center.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of the wonton rolls with olive oil.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with additional honey for drizzling on top.
