- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha sauce.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the quinoa and steam the broccoli.
- To serve, place quinoa in bowls, top with steamed broccoli, sliced avocado, and the baked salmon.
- Drizzle any remaining honey sriracha sauce over the top if desired.
