Delicious and -to-make gluten-free meatballs infused with honey and ginger, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
