- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, coconut milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
