- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
