A delicious and easy gluten-free Hawaiian chicken sheet pan recipe perfect for a spring dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Add the pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers around the chicken.
  5. Toss the vegetables in the marinade to coat them well.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
