- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground hamburger and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.
- Place the gluten-free pie crust in a pie dish.
- Pour the meat mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
