A delicious and hearty gluten-free pie filled with hamburger, sausage, and pepperoni, perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pie crust
  • 1 pound ground hamburger
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground hamburger and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Place the gluten-free pie crust in a pie dish.
  5. Pour the meat mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
