  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, ham, and half of the cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, sour cream, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the potato and ham mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
