- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 4×4 inches.
- Layer a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on half of the pastry squares.
- Top with another pastry square and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
