Gluten-Free Crispy Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Stacks

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring layers of ham and cheese in a crispy gluten-free puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free puff pastry
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of cheese (your choice)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 4×4 inches.
  4. Layer a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on half of the pastry squares.
  5. Top with another pastry square and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
