- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced sweet potatoes, chicken broth, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
