Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free sliders made with ground turkey and cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, shredded cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on gluten-free buns.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
