Delicious and festive gluten-free truffles inspired by the Grinch, made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese.

  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 1/4 cup red candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted green candy and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. While the green coating is still wet, drizzle with melted red candy melts and add sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Allow the truffles to set completely before serving.
