A delicious and easy recipe for a gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich that combines the classic flavors with a sweet twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread
  • 2 slices cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.
  2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheese, blueberries, and cream cheese.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
  5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
