A delicious and easy recipe for grilled bacon cheeseburgers that are gluten-free, perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 gluten-free hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  4. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the gluten-free buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
